  • My DH looked them up on the BBB and its a buissness or group that mediates between parents to either change visitation or custody. They said they don't go for mother or father but what's best for the child. Was wondering if it was a scam deal or if they were valid?

  • Your court system has what are known as ad litems who do the same thing and probably without the out-of-pocket costs. Ask your lawyer about any programs in your area.
