  • I had reconstructive surgery on my breasts after breast cancer so I am for it.lol I had planned on a breast reduction before the cancer was detected so surgery was happening no matter what. I don't feel it is my place to tell others how to live or what to do with their bodies.

  • I agree with it, as long as it doesn't become an addiction.

  • I think it's circumstantial. If someone is truly unhappy with a body part and it is causing severe emotional pain and distress, I don't see a problem. I think it's a problem when it becomes an addiction. Like anything else, I think it's only ok in moderation. Too much of anything is never a good thing.

  • I say to each their own....not something I would do personally, but I don't care if someone else wants to do it.

  • As long as it is the individual who is making the choice for him or her self, then I don't care.

  • I think it depends. If someone has been in a horrific accident I don't see a problem with cosmetic surgery. If someone is doing it for vanity reasons, then I have a problem with it.

  • It is a matter of personal choice...again. Isn't everything?
If I needed it as a result of an injury or breast cancer, etc. then maybe I would. But I am frightened of any surgery and that might make me avoid plastic surgery.
