  • Sounds lonely and needs someone to talk to. Be careful, that person could get emotionally attached to you if you are the one he is confiding in.

  • It just sounds like a friendship, but you can tell when someone is trying to hit on you or one of the people in the friendship wants to be more than friends...in that case yes, it would be an emotional friendship and could be taken as a form of cheating...since he is married.
