  • Bananas, apples, oranges, sometimes mangos, kiwi, strawberries, blueberies. Most of the time my kids like to eat them stand alone. I do make a type of fruit parfait though to. I will do cut up berries, strawberries, bananas, papaya sometimes, and mix together. I add homemade granola which I keep on hand, and top with cool whip.

  • I keep apples, bananas, and bananas all the time. I also buy cucumbers, tomatoes, peaches, and blueberries some. As far as veg, I buy mostly frozen so they don't go bad before I can cook them. We like corn the most!

  • Lets see here. I buy bananas, apples, oranges, grapes when not sour, cherries, strawberries, blue berries, lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, green onions, potatoes, different types of bell peppers, other various peppers, corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, and watermelon. I make gumbo, stir fry, beef stew, and salads. My kids are the main eaters of everything. We tried to as they first started eating solids to always have veggies and fruits on hand. When I try to get everything ready for lets say gumbo, my kids are swiping over half of my ingredients. lol I prefer fresh over frozen. Usually for desert my kids get some type of fruit.

  • In my fridge right now: zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, potatoes, carrots, and cucumbers. In the freezer: broccoli, blueberries, and strawberries. What I buy varies by season. I try to buy what I can afford fresh - meaning it was grown locally which is fairly easy to come by, or I use frozen. The only thing I won't buy fresh is broccoli.
