Can seasonal allergies cause chronic diarrhea?

  • Maybe the meds, but 2 of my kids and I have horrid seasonal allergies and we don't have diarrhea issues.

  • sounds like you are not drinking enough water, maybe the meds... add more veggies to your diet...

  • Allergies can cause mucus production in ALL mucus membranes. Mucus in the intestines can contribute to diarrhea.  I know that I can get nauseous from swallowing mucus in my throat from seasonal allergies.
