What do you think about Horseback ridding for a workout?

I have decided to start ridding again as a way to get fit. What do you think is it an effective way to excersize??

  • I would think it would not be too effective in the long run but something is better than nothing.

  • Most definitely!! You use almost all your muscle when you ride!! especially if your trotting and on top of it it is WAY FUN!!

  • It can be, but I wouldn't call it your primary workout. Don't eliminate other exercise and substitute it with riding.
