  • I am a HUGE fan of Midol, but the Target version. It works wonders!!!

  • what helps my daughter is 100% cranberry juice .. try exercising before and during that time too. a little ginger in your tea helps. you would be surprised by what the herbs we have in our cubbards can do around this time of the month.

  • better health all around will not hurt, and may help a ton. exercise regularly, reduce dairy, reduce sugars and processed foods. try a whole foods diet. supplement with probiotics and fish oil and/ or udo's oil. eat your veggies!
