Ok mamas i need advise

ok i lost like 3 bottle caps and im in the middle of mixing formula and putting it in fridge for later. Do i need to put bottle cap back on bottle to store them in fridge or will they get bacteria on them? What about cleaning the nipple b4 i give it to baby bc i cant find these caps anywhere i swear i done searched my house up and down all around lol advise??

  • I wouldn't put them in the fridge without a cap.. but I am a neurotic germaphobe lol

  • We lose caps all the time! I am a germaphobe too. I would wash the nipple again before giving it to baby if you can't find the cap, but someone else may know more about bacteria than me. When I am not sure about something, I always err on the side of caution.

  • Put plastic wrap on them and then the screw on lid part, but not the nipple.

  • and if you do not have rubber bancs I have used new (not used) hair ties
