Down votes and credits

Do you lose credits when you vote down an answer? or when your answer is voted down?

  • You don't lose credit by voting down. You only have so many down votes based on your level though. You can only lose credits if your anonymous answer gets voted down. Once there are -6 points for an answer, it is automatically hidden.

  • Only if you post anon. When I finally got the POWER to post anon I did...I must have lost 25 credits before I wised up and simply deleted the question. Yikes, won't be doing that again..but it felt soooooooo goood
