How do I get rid of really painful swollen feet

My feet are getting swollen and it hurts for me to walk during school what can I use as a quick fix

  • Lay down, and elevate your feet. That should help temporarily

  • Oh yeah!!! Elevate your feet above your heart....I had this problem after I had DD....my ankles and feet looked like elephants' feet!!! But I would rest with them as high above my heart as I could get them and it went away....GL!!!

  • elevate your feet and i stuck them on some ice for a little bit a few times (i was pregnant all throughout summer, that was miserable) wear flip flops, it kools them down a little bit and he shoes are less restricting.

  • I get that when I don't drink enough water and I don't elevate my legs as often as I can. I sit in the recliner leaning back with my legs up and it helps a lot.
