  • Contact your local area to get a business permit, first. Then build your website and such. I'm not exactly sure how you would sell cupcakes on-line. Perhaps trying to own a business locally, out of your home.

  • Well i was thinking that online can be another place for Ppl to place their orders and i can deliver them. Kinda like how Pizza Hut has online ordering. i think it would come in handy for birthdays and such.

  • Check with the Small Buiness Administration.

  • You need to find a commercial kitchen to rent, or get your home kitchen certified. I would start with a sanitation class.

  • Yeah just note there are very strict guidelines for food prep and kitchens. One example: you need one sink for washing hands and a separate one for dishes. A few years ago a friend wanting to open a business from her home making food, the Inspector and then contractor told her the necessary upgrades would cost her $40,000! That was the end to that idea. Legally you cannot prep food for sale without having your kitchen inspected and approved.
