  • Midol is great it handles everything and really works for me and my dd.
I got tired of having really bad PMS, and started taking Evening Primrose Oil (herbal supplements) did help me. My monthly rolls around and I have a much easier time. It says right on the bottle it's used for women with PMS. It helped me...others say it doesn't.
A heating pad is wonderful if you have the time and can lay back with heating pad on lower abdomen. It relaxes the contractions and you'll get some relief but it takes a good 30-45 min to start getting relief for me. Just fyi.
Hope you feel better...PMS and cramps really are a drag! :-)

  • Me, I had a hysterectomy, and never looked back. But, I do know that heat is good for cramps,I used to use our heating pad every month, as for the headache, I really like those quick release Tylenols. Hope you feel better soon.
