Where did he hear that? LOL

My kiddo is three.
All day today he has been walking up to me saying things like,

"Go ahead, Miss Thing"
"Can I get some juice, Miss Thing?"
"Wanna go to the store, Miss Thing?"

I have no idea where he heard, but it sort of makes me laugh every time he says it.

  • Hmm. I watch a lot of kiddie shows, but don't know where that one would have come from. My granddaughter has said some less amusing things at times. The latest is exclaiming "Oh My God!" all the time. I know that lots of people use this expression, but as a Roman Catholic, it is offensive, and breaks the second commandment.
I've learned, if you don't want to hear it again, don't laugh.
If you don't want your child to use a word, don't model it for him.
My mom used to say "Little pitchers have big ears", which means that children hear more and understand more from the world around them than we give them credit for.
Have fun, and enjoy your kiddo!
