Please Read This

Is your luteal phase from the time your period ends to the day it starts again or is it from the day your period starts to the day it starts again? Sorry if that's confusing :o(

  • I am pretty sure your luteal phase is from the time you ovulate to when you get your period.

  • Yes I just checked. Your luteal phase is the day after you ovulate until the day before your period starts.

  • Your cycle is from the start of one period to the start of next period. The luteal phase is the time between ovulation and the start of your period. If your luteal phase is too short you can have a hard time getting a pregnancy going.
