  • I read somewhere that swimming works out more parts of the body then an exercise bike so i would suggest swimming ! Plus it can be a fun activity with the little ones!

  • I choose swim, because it can strengthen my lower back and help my knee at the same time. I am all for killing 2 birds with 1 stone....or 2 exercises in 1, lol
