what do you have to bring with you to go file if you qualify in income limits

  • ask your caseworker, they should have told you.
    I'm pretty sure all your info. SSN's, check stubbs, and your filled out app.

  • ID birth certificates for you and hubby,sometimes,they don't always require them. Proof of rent or mortgage. Any car payments you might be making. Checking and or savings account info.

  • Proof of income, proof of address, lease agreement, checking/savings account info. They should have told you when you made the appointment.

  • Everything MarGeee said. They also wanted all the SS cards and birth certificates of our kids. In our state you can apply online and then they send you a paper with what all they officially need from you. I found that much easier to do then filling out the paperwork and finding the time to take it in.
