  • I always started with the green veggies. They have less sugar than any of the other different colored veggies.

  • i started with green veggies too.. the 1st we gave my DD was peas :) she loved them!!

  • Sweet potato is a good first food, and easy to mash. Green leafy veges like spinach are good, but not unless you can really purree it to a fine mush, and I would just mix a little bit with potato or sweet potato at first so as not to cause gas.

  • Sweet potatoes are usually the easiet. I also feed her peas and carrots. I put a little dab of cinnamon in her food too. She really likes it!
