When did you introduce pureed foods to your LO ?

  • 3 months, started on mashed potatoes and after that he ate what we were eating.

  • My oldest around 5 months, my younger 4 never really did pureed foods, we went straight to mashed/diced table foods.

  • I started at 2 months with my son per doctor because he had acid reflux so bad. With my daught it was 4 months.

  • My oldest, I didn't really know too much and started a little after 5 mos, but she took to it well and ate solids every day. My youngest I introduced about 8 mos and he wasn't too interested, didn't eat solids on a regular, daily basis, until 11 mos.

  • Yes, you absolutely can start with mashed or diced table foods, it's just like jarred foods except cheaper and tastes better IMO
