My advice, other than seeing a doctor, is to try basal body temperature charting and using ovulation predictors. Both of these will help you to determine if/when you ovulate and that way you can pinpoint the right days to have sex to conceive. I used both when I was trying to get pregnant with my daughter. I charted my basal body temp for a year and realized I was not ovulating regularly. I quit smoking and got pregnant right away. If you smoke, I suggest quitting. It can affect your ovulation.
