  • Ice Pops!!! They helped for my 5 month long all day sickness and back in the day I used them when I had a hangover as well lol. The other thing was cold cumcumbers. Basically the only foods I could keep down.

  • Eating what I was craving helped me (sometimes), and so did small snacks instead of meals (sometimes). I also drank a lot of water, so that when I did throw up (which was often in the first 5 months) it wasn't painful and came up easily.

I was also on Diclexin (I think that's what it was called) for a little while, and that was the only thing that helped for about a month or two.

  • I used coca-cola syrup. It's an old remedy and was a blessing. Tasted nasty, but worked.

  • Only time helped. I finally felt normal at 4 months. I tried ginger ale and I tried eating a litte bit all the time so my tummy wouldn't get that empty yukky feeling....but I kept on throwing up. I just had to wait and be patient until it finally stopped. I had no morning sickness with my 2nd and 3rd babies. Who knows why? LOL.

  • Water. But being pregnant with twins means that I'm gonna be sick more than with just the one so I actually have to take pills to keep things down.
