Art for 2 year olds to do for Father's Day... Help! I need ideas!

  • Bake him brownies with icing and let them decorate it with sprinkles and candies. Buy cards and have them sign it. Obviously they can't really sign, but let them scribble something. Frame pictures of them for his desk at work.

  • Cement is cheap! You can make a cement flagstone for your yard, and press child's hand print in it. There are step-by-step directions online, and you can make two flagstones, one of each child. Then next year and every year after that, make a new flagstone! You can leave them plain, hand print only, or decorate them by pressing colored gems into the damp cement. If you ever move, the flagstones are not too heavy to pull up and take with you. The total project can cost less than $20.
