I feel GROSS... I wanna drop weight....

12 weeks since my emer c section. I was in a 14, now in a 18! when my son was 3 i was 240.. hes now 7. I was at 180 when I got pregg... Last time I tried to work out I felt like my tummy swelled.. possible?!? i think im at 200.. I feel fat, not think it. i remember this feeling, i dont like it.. it brings down my confidence.. any advice?? starting off slow i know

  • I've been doing Weight Watchers at home and so far I'm down 11lbs I think it's the only thing that's helped me drop weight but it def. Takes dedication

  • thank you super mommy... its harder with a colicy baby and always going to dr appts and not gettng sleep.. id walk the mall but i dont always have the truck.. no side walk here and big rigs drive 60+ in a 35 right in front of my home

  • Weight Watchers is good, Spark People is also good and free online. Try crunches, going for walks outside, etc.
