What season is the easiest for you to be healthy? And why?

Mine is Fall, its stil warm but getting cooler in the mornings when I work out

  • Winter. It doesn't get very cold here but it's still cooler than in the summer and I cannot motivate myself in hot weather.

  • Summer is easier because of the home grown fresh fruits and veggies and being outside and active with the kids

  • Spring time. Besides going to the gym 4 days a week, gardening is added into by activies. Also, the days are getting longer, so there are more hours to do outdoor activities.
