I agree with Mom2Jack04 (as usual!). Plain Greek yogurt is better. ALL yogurt has live active cultures. Look at the ingredients! You can also take probiotics if you're not a big yogurt fan. But plain yogurt in general is MUCH lower in sugar than flavored yogurt, and Greek yogurt is higher in protein than regular yogurt. You can flavor plain with maple syrup or vanilla extract if you choose, but any flavored yogurt, including Activia, will be very high in sugar, especially nonfat ones (making up for the lack of fat by adding sugar-very common in "low fat" or "fat free" foods).
