Taking bets....

ds is sleeping on my chest as I lounge in the computer chair and I need to put him down to go and make dinner for the rest of the gang.

What do you think?
Will he.......

1. stay asleep so I can make dinner?

2. will he wake up and cry?

  • depends on how long he's been asleep. There is this very small window of time that he could be in deep sleep and not even feel you removing him from your chest and putting him gently down somewhere else. It's like a 15 minute of if its only been about 15-20 minutes I bet he stays asleep.

  • I would hope, for your sake, #1, but I'm betting on #2. It didn't matter for any of my kids (except the youngest because she never wanted to cuddle on my chest and sleep till she got to toddler years), as soon as I moved, even just a little bit, they were awake and screaming.
