  • Personally, I think it was easier to train my boys than my baby girl.

  • it is easy to train either gender when you wait until they are old enough and ready, and use lots of patience.

  • I don't have a boy so I wouldn't know, but I heard boys are harder. My nephew will be 3 next month and he still has no intrest in the potty yet what so ever. He will tell you he doesn't want to go potty or he doesn't want to be a big boy. My girls I had my oldest trained by 19 months and my second was nearly at 16 months until she cought rotavirus and got really sick so we had to stop for a few weeks until it passed so by time we started back up we had to start all over again so she was about 21 months when she was trained. But yet dh's cousins dd was nearly 5 they thought she wasn't going to be able to start kindergarden then right before they had to enroll her she finally got potty tained. So it might just depend on the child

  • actually I got a dvd for my girls called elmos potty time. My oldest loved that dvd. She was potty trained in a month. My youngest I started training at 13 months and she was not into tv at all. I started that young because she was keeping her diapers dry in the mornings. So it didn't work for my youngest because she didn't start getting into the tv until a little over 2 years old.
