Back from a wonderful honeymoon and ...

Have gained 6 more pounds.

Need some help on low carb diets. Most start off with eggs. I cannot take a lot of eggs and meat of a morning for breakfast so do you have any other suggestions?

Also any advise and tips are more then welcome!!!

  • Eat a cup of whole grain low fat cereal with a cup of skim milk. Sprinkle some sunflower seeds and some fruit on your cereal. Eat some pineapple with it and a little lowfat cottage cheese.

  • Can you eat egg whites? mix egg whites with cinnamon and a touch of agave necter or honey if you want. cook it like a pancake. scoop a little Greek yogurt in the center and roll it up. sprinkle blueberries and strawberries of the top. so lowfat and yummy.

  • If your problem is only in the morning, I would look at a healthy carb in the morning, and then switch over to mostly protein.
