Favorite workout and least favorite workout?

  • i love weight lifting, power yoga, cardio/running............i hate least pilates dvds. i tried doing one on netflix and i felt like such a loser. they're just so peppy "alright ladies, now we're gonna do this!!! awesome job!!!"...uhg so dumb. i need real exercise, aggressive exercise. i've heard pilates classes aren't as dumb as the dvds though. never had one though. i don't take classes

  • I miss weight lifting in the gym! My membership expired, and we just couldn't renew it, but I've been trying to keep it up at home. Any workout I don't enjoy doesn't stick, so I do just stay with what I love. Not a lot of workouts I don't like!

  • weights, for sure, are my favorite. i love watching my form, even if i'm just doing curls.
    i'm a walker, but least favorite is anything too aerobic, or 'dancy'. i hate jiggling. lol!

  • I love running- I hate the insanity work out videos- but they are so good. And I know you get such a good work out from it- it's just so hard too!
