Frozen leftover prime rib....what can be done with it

I found some left over prime rib in the freezer and I'm at a loss on what to do with it

BTW, love my crock pot and if there is anything I can do with the prime rib and the crock pot I would love your ideas...

  • Is is already cooked? Even so, I love beef hash. I take potatoes, already cooked and dice up the meat and heat up the two together. Add cooked onions to the mix, if you would like.

  • I love prime rib hoagies. Just slice the warmed prime rib and put some sauted peppers, onions, and mushroom on top. I like to put a good cheese on one piece of the bread and melt it in the oven. Easy, and usually a pleaser.

  • PERFECT for Philly cheesesteaks!!! If you slice it when it is almost, but not quite 100% thawed, it's easiest.
