  • Power pumping- pumping for 5-10 minutes every 45-60 minutes. It is a way to bring milk in faster or increase supply fast in the event that baby is unable to nurse. I did it to bring my milk in when my second baby was a month early. Amount pumped does not matter, just that you do it often- it's basically like cluster feeding a newborn only using a pump.
