Could it be too hot in my daughters room?

My daughter has been fighting going to sleep at night since the end of May. I thought it was because she slept too late or took her naps too late. I moved the times around a bit, but it didnt seem to help. Is it possible that her room is too hot? we dont have an ac in there, and we just moved here and the other place we lived had full ac. Should I get her a window unit or just let her sleep downstairs where there is a window unit? I dunno....

  • It could be. I'd try downstairs first then save up for a window unit in her room if that seems to be the problem

  • I vote either/or but get her to a cool spot to sleep

  • You could use a fan to start off with I'm with either or she needs to be comfortable.
