  • Are you breastfeeding? If so when is the last time you nursed or pumped?

  • Your breasts pretty much constantly make milk when you're breastfeeding, in the first few weeks. It's normal for them to randomly "fill" and be hard. It's also normal for them to feel "empty". How old is your baby?

It's nothing to be worried about. If your baby is just a couple days old, then it means your milk is in. =)

  • If you're engorged, nurse or pump. If you're not nursing, you can pump or hand express just enough to be comfortable. The warm water can help with let down. Why are you freaking out?
