TV?

MY children are still sleeping. (It's Sunday!)
We have nothing special planned for today. This morning we will be watching Power Rangers, four episodes of 30 minutes each. After lunch we are going to be watching Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I. (Duration: 2 hours, 26 minutes)
At night we are going to be watching Good Luck Charlie and A.N.T Farm on Disney Channel. Together we are going to spend 5 hours watching TV. What about you and your family? Any plans with your telly for today?

  • DH and DD are out washing his car, so I'll be enjoying some MEDIUM on Netflix. I am sure Spongebob will end up on later in the day. We plan to check out that new show tonight - Falling Skies.

  • The boys and I rarely watch the same shows. They will and do however watch some shows with pops. Enjoy your day.

  • I have no idea what we are going to be watching today. Right now it is 8:20 and my DD just finished watching a show. In my house the TV is usually on all the time although my kids are older and watch shows like "I shouldn't be Alive" or something about science. My DD has a softball game at 2:00 so we won't be watching TV much this afternoon. We might watch a movie later on although not sure.

To me I don't think there is anything wrong with watching 5 hours of TV in one day. There have been days when we do that and days when we don't.

Have a great day it sounds like fun!

  • No. We are going to visit our puppy (7 weeks...comes home this Friday) and then take DH out to dinner for Father's Day.

  • We usually wake up watching something - this morning was Scooby Doo. We're off to visit my family this afternoon. If we watch anything, it'll be racing. We'll wind down in front of the telly later - no clue what we'll watch yet.

  • They are taking turns picking shows on netflix now. We will cut the TV off after lunch and it will not come back on until after dinner for about an hour before bed. So total today... about 2-3 hours.

  • My dau ususally watches a bit of TV while she has breakfast & starts to wake up. :) She will take a break to put the finishing touches on the Father's Day song she's writing for her daddy! :) Then it'll get turned off after lunch & we will do something outside (weather permitting) Back on again at dinner time til bed. I'm sure she will check out the guide during breakfast to plan her viewing options accordingly! -LOL :p
    Have a great day! :)

  • My DD will be waking up soon and watching church on TV while she wakes and eats breakfast. Then it is out to feed the animals (we have a small farm) she will probably then play on the trampoline or ride her bike. Her friend will probably come over and they will roam around taking pictures of "nature" things. Tonight she'll watch Criminal Minds or Without a Trace with me for a few minutes until she falls asleep.

  • It depends if the weather cooperates or not. We spent literally hours in the pool every day unless it rains. If it does then we do indoor things like TV, movies, video games etc. Today though is pretty planned. We have a Fathers day celebration at noon itll last til 3pm. Its supposed to rain off and on. If its off then the grandkids come over to swim, then baths, TV and bed.
