  • I've known a lot of women who concieved when they stopped "worrying" about it. Don't let it consume you hun. Live yourblife and enjoy your husband. It will come a lot easier when you don't obsess.

  • Soy isoflavones force you to ovulate. See, I thought I ovulated every month because I got a period. I bought a huge pack of ovulation tests at Amazon.com and every day I pee on one and every day it tells me there is no ovulation. So I got soy isoflavones at the grocery store and take them every month to make me ovulate. You take them starting day 3 of your period for 5 days only. No more! And its supposed to make u ovulate.

  • I use a combo of evening primrose oil, vitex, radiant women(chinese medicine mostly dong quai and peony root) and prenatal vitamins.
You can either go the herbal route or you can check out fertility diets if you need something to keep you busy.
