Yoga Moms?

How many of you practice yoga? When did you get started and how long have you done it? How has it affected your life? Whats your favorite part?

  • I started yoga when I was 18, I'm now 24 so I've been doing it for some time now. The stretches make me feel a lot more relaxed and sleep better and my bf has even began doing some poses with me. I like the ability to be so flexible while preggo. It helps alot with the pressure and tension.

  • I started yoga about 5years ago I sleep better and I am more grounded when I do practice and my favorite postures are pigeon and the sun salutations series,:)

  • i've been doing yoga off and on since high school. I love waking up in the morning and doing some stretches. It has helped my flexibility and stress level. i love it
