  • For right now, Couch to 5K three times a week and 30 Day Shred 3 times a week.

  • Generally, running 3x per week, and 30 Day Shred 2x/week. I need to get more strength back in there, too. I also ride my bike about 2x per week.

    Really, yoga 3-4 days a week, although I always intend on doing it daily...
