How can I reduce the signs of cellulite?

  • if you're overweight, then lose weight..unfortunately, these over the counter treatments don't's fat cells that have enlarged in your body...once you have gained fat cells, you can't lose them, you can only shrink them. Also, tone up by lifting weights and building muscle.

  • There's lotions and stuff that contain caffeine and stuff that are supposed to help break it up and make it less noticable, I'm not sure it works...

  • Those creams really don't do anything. It really is all about diet and exercise. Cellulite is fat deposits under the skin, so losing that fat makes all the difference, as does toning the underlying muscle through strength training.

  • hydrate yourself. Some of the creams/lotions do work - but an easy way is to drink lots of water. It isn't going to make it go away by any means, but it will make it less visable. Also, I hate to say it, but if you go tanning then your cellulite will be less visable.
