So is my dinner i made ???

tonight i made dinner for my hubby for fathers day..i was thinking chicken tacos?? or something idk really most of the time i jst throw it together and theres dinner lol..but im wondering how healthy dinner was to was chicken cooked in lemon juice, jalapones, spiced minced garlic and fresh ground peper...and then green beans for the i sherdded the chicken and put it in a toco shell added salsa and cheese! soo good but how healthy??

  • Pretty decent. But try to stay away from the hard shells or white flour tortillas. We use soft corn tortillas warmed on a pan with olive oil spray. Go very light on the cheese and load it up with veggies like peppers, tomatoes and spinach! YUM!!
