  • Creamy Filled Strawberries

    24 large fresh strawberries
    1 cup cold milk
    1 package vanilla instant pudding
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 cups cool whip

Rinse strawberries and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the top off the berry and use a small melon-baller or spoon to scoop out the flesh. Discard the tops and insides. In a small bowl, beat pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Fold in vanilla and cool whip.

Using a pastry bag (or a ziploc bag with the one corner snipped) pipe pudding mix into each hollowed out strawberry. Chill atleast 2 hours before serving.

  • PUFF PASTRY SHELLS, fill with sliced strawberries, marinated in a little sugar and vanilla, spoon some of the juice over the berries, then top with whipped cream

  • The old standby ... chocolate dipped. Use milk, dark, white chocolates. Roll some in sprinkles or chopped nuts!

  • We use bagel chips, spread nutella over them, and top with strawberries and sometimes bananas. My daughter calls it Nutella Bruschetta.
