  • It really depends. Yep a bunch of us will post their opportunities here, I do it when I answer....but I also have to say, it's not about what a replier says they do and what they make. People with any company can make a LOT of money, but most do not. The majority of reps for a direct selling company quit within a year because they didn't make any money. It's a HARD business, especially if you don't have lots of friends and family willing to buy consistantly.

Find what works for you, babysitting, selling your kids outgrown clothes and toys on ebay or craigslist (even shopping thrift stores and yard sales for more things to sell), running errands for those who can't, planning and organizing parties for people, or yeah, I direct selling company that has a product or service that's easy to sell for YOU.

I'm with beachbody but it's certainly not for everyone.

  • I love eBay.  Have you tried it?  It's the quickest and easiest way to make money!  Anyway, if you're looking for other options, I do blog about ideas and opportunities.  You are more than welcome to read through my blog when you have time at Mavi's Home Work.

  • Do you have a former employer you could work for remotely?
You can search for jobs that match you skill set and have a telecommute option.
If you have a computer with high speed internet & Microsoft Office Pro & have at least intermediate MS Office skills, you should be able to find work as a virtual assistant (VA). For more information, go to www.ivaa.org, www.iavoa.com, www.vanetworking.com ..
Do you have a skill or experience that you can turn into a home based business? I have a friend who makes children's hair accessories in her basement & sells them to boutiques around the Midwest. My husband runs a handyman business from our home. I work from home with two lines of business; I do freelance bookkeeping & business organization (along with medical billing), I also do career and job search coaching.

  • I’ve been a work at home mom for 4 ½ years. I have learned a lot over the years and one crucial thing I learned is that whatever you choose to do your heart needs to be in it. For me that means I focus on helping others. The money will eventually fall into place and will reward you more for putting others first.
Also find something that you’ll enjoy like health and wellness, fitness, nutrition, candles, gift baskets, etc…
Good luck in your search! Laura
