  • Prosecutor, defense attorneys help keep people out of jail who belong there along with defending the innocent. I could not defend someone I thought was guilty.

  • A prosecutor. I would hate to have to defend someone who deserved punishment.

  • What makes you think all people being charged deserve punishment! I'd be scared to have a prosecutor that thinks that about everyone. Defense attorney. I've seen too many people go down with so little proof.

  • LOL... my hubs is a corporate defense attorney. (wouldnt do criminal at all - too emotional)

I would want to be a defence attorney because of the pay structure.

  • Exactly what annq.antlanta said. I couldn't live with knowing I helped keep a guilty person on the streets.

  • I think defense because some prosecutors are just out to make a name for themselves and could care less if they lock an innocent person up.

  • You aren't helping them get away with things, you just represent them to ensure they are getting a fair trial and not a repeat because of mistakes. They get paid more than the DA as well.

  • It's a tough decision! In certain cases I'd would want to be one or the other.

Defense Attorney: Defending women who have been abused and had no choice but to hurt or even murder a man.

Prosecutor: I would like having a part in putting away murderers, molestors and rapists. Maybe even getting them sentenced to the death penalty.

  • I would be a pros. it seems that criminals have more rights than victims, and i would work to make sure they are prosecuted to the full extent! That or i would work as a pro-bono for victims and also a divorce attorney for women that have been in abusive relationships!
