Signs

You know how "they" say if your LO seeks out privacy to poop, then they're ready for potty training?

Well my question is this... What does it mean if LO runs behind the chair to squat & eat cotton balls. I'm ready to do whatever parenting technique this calls for, but I have no idea what he's trying to tell me.

  • It means LO knows he should not have them and is hiding to eat them!! Get the cotton balls out of LO reach!

  • So far, I like the fluffy poop comment. I mean, who wouldn't want to poop fluffy clouds?

  • No cotton candy yet. He's 15 months old & I'm a mean mom like that. I'm thinking it's along the same lines of elimination communication. Except with cotton balls....

  • Maybe he's just wanting to clean from the inside out.
