  • My son is 15 months and here are some foods that he may eat on any given day

    Breakfast: Blueberries cut in 1/2, cheerios or a waffle and a sippy of milk.
    *sometimes he eats more other days its about this much*

    Am Snack: graham crackers or pirates booty- piece of fruit

    Lunch: yogurt, string cheese, pieces of chicken, pizza

    Dinner: whatever we are eating. Meat, starch and veggie

  • My one year old's menu is full of fresh soft fruits like mango, bananas & peaches; yogurts, pastas, soft veggies, & the gerber toddler meals when I don't feel like cooking. Also, pb&j, graham crackers, & whatever looks tasty from mama's plate. And lots of almond milk.

  • I was giving my children everything right from the get go. Of course I don't believe in all of these studies and it's proven by the fact that their digestive systems have never been a problem, as well as their health. 3 are now adults. Even with the doctor's say so at 1 they can eat anything. Just be careful of nuts because children do have a hard time chewing them without chocking before they are 4. Crunching them up though is ok.
