When do you start buying back to school clothes?

I am already buying and putting them away. How about you?

  • Asap. You can find good sales if you do it BEFORE . My kids wear uniforms. I'll be shopping online @ Children's Place and French Toast,

  • My kids are growing so fast that I sorta have to wait until the end of summer or else what I buy will either be too small or too big.

  • Started in January! I buy when I see something on sale and try to put things away for the next year.

  • Sure, as soon as I know what size they'll be (and I've been wrong), from then on, if I see a good price or something I love, I'll get it.

That said, we're not in malls but maybe a couple hours a month, and don't get a paper, so we probably won't get stuff till the next holiday we're at home for, when hopefully they'll have sales.

  • I will pick up some things as the summer progresses, but since they don't change size much. (Scary considering they are 6 yrs and 3 yr.) I tend to wait until the seasons are getting ready to change then check out what they need and what still fits before purchasing too much. So not a big back to school shopper.

  • I just get the next size up for my tween. My teens are older they have stopped growing. The only one actively growing is my 6 yr old. I got her boots on sale for $9 each in diff colors one size up & knit caps coming from China to go with her outfits in fall and winter. Ill get her jeans closer to fall time, but shirts and dresses have already been bought here.
