i was just wondering what your experiences were with it. i'm looking to make a little bit of money from it, but dont know how to get started.

I don't think it's unethical. Not something for me - I had trouble producing enough for my kids! - but I really don't see why it would be considered unethical.
It's actually an incredibly old profession, just modern technology make it take on another form. If you've ever heard of a wet nurse, that is someone who is selling breast milk. In the case of a wet nurse, the milk in question is usually straight from wet nurse to baby, no pumping or storing.
A quick Google search found a couple of sites that may be of interest to you (I'm not vouching for them, just reposting them)

http://www.hmbana.org/ - Human Milk Banking America, has detailed info about basic needs before milk being screened.
