  • After my first miscarriage 6 MTHS sadly, I had another miscarriage and we are still ttc 7 MTHS later

  • 3 months before I was mentally okay enough to try again. Lost the twins new years eve and got a positive test on Mother's day

  • Depending on the reason for your miscarriage, it might be best to wait a bit. It was three years after my miscarriage before I conceived again, that time with a healthy baby girl.

    The best thing you can do while you wait, is to work on your health! Start walking 2 - 3 miles a day, every day. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Eliminate stress. Take up a hobby. Develop closer relationships with those you love. Then, when you do conceive, you'll be in better shape to carry the little one.
