  • Mine were all sleeping about the same as the above person when they were 7 months. All 5 were sleeping through the night by 7 months 9-12 hours (the first 4 were all closer to 12 hours) and taking 2 naps between 1-2 hours a day.

  • about 10-11 hours at night, (maybe one wake up inbetween for a feeding, she''s breastfed).. and typically 2 1/2-4 hours in naps
(for instance, if she sleeps 10 hours at night, she may take 4 hours worth of naps.. if she sleeps 11, she may take 2 1/2 or 3 hours of naps..

  • You can get your baby to sleep from 7pm-7am every night by following our bodies natural circadian rhythms. Our bodies naturally produce melatonin at about 9pm and it releases at 7am. If you start calming your baby with a bedtime routine at about 5pm, you can get him into the habit of being asleep before melatonin begins. Once he follows the cycle easily, shave off a little time off calming time every week so that you eventually begin at 6pm. My daughter is still a little too young to sleep that long, but my niece and nephew follow that sleep plan and my SIL and brother have 3 hours of along time every night before they go to sleep.

  • The average is 2 long naps 1-2 each then a total of 11-12 hrs through the night. My son was about that when he was that age.
    good luck to you!

  • My son sleeps 9-11 hours at night and his naps are different day to day depending how much he really wants to sleep. Typically he averages about 30 minutes to an hour nap in the mid-morning, then approx. a 2 hour nap in the afternoon, and then a small catnap around 5pm but not always. But like i said, with my son everyday is different. There have also been days where he has napped only a total of 1 hour all day.

  • my son about 7 months sleeps for about 9 or 10 hours. Sometimes he wakes up 3, then falls backt o sleep, in a good day he'll wake up at 6 or 7 in the morning.

  • My DS isn't quite 7 months yet, but he is a very good sleeper.
He'll sleep about 11 hours at night 8:30-7:30/8, sometimes he'll even sleep until 9.
Takes an hour nap after breakfast, then a 3 hour nap after lunch, and an hour nap after dinner.

    We're lucky!
