What can I use in place of dry onion soup mix?

I'm making baked vegetables & it's pretty much a bunch of veggies & you sprinkle olive oil & onion soup mix on top. I just realized I don't have any more dry onion soup mix & I don't wanna trek out to the store again. :P

  • Onion powder or salt (powder is better, if you use salt, use it lightly and don't add any regular salt). Minced onion (the little dried flakes). Celery seed. Beef Boullion (if you're sprinkling it instead of mixing it into something, you can skip this, but you'll notice a taste difference).

  • Ya know what? I completely forgot to look through my spices and put stuff on 'em. All I did was OO and salt. :D Oh well, maybe next time.
