Should I be worried if my daughter developed a nosebleed while coughing?

    just once, I'd go with not really, but do keep an eye on her.

    if you live in a colder/dryer climate, it could be the winter weather doing it. I used to live up in the mountains and every winter I would get nosebleeds until I bought a humidifier.

    This is extreem and I have only herd this once but a dude I knew sneezed , got a bloody nose and was acutally hospitalized becuase it lead to an infection . That they LUCKLY caught before it spread to his brain
    Thats probally really very rare and I am sure you angel is okay

  • I say just keep an eye on it. The air is so cold and dry right now and bloody noses are common. I blow my nose every morning and find some bloody snot in there, sorry if TMI, haha. If it's a lot of blood or happens frequently then I'd call the doctor.
