1 can cream of ___ soup
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup water
1 pkg chicken stuffing mix
Line crock pot bottom with chicken breasts (boneless skinless and frozen work best--keeps chicken moist by going in frozen)
Pour stuffing mix over chicken. Pour water over stuffing mix. Mix cream of ___ soup and sour cream and pour over the stuffing coating evenly. Cook on high for about 2 hours. Fluff stuffing with a fork and serve.
I always serve mine with corn, and it reminds me of thanksgiving. :)
